Return Policy
We would like to thank you for shopping with us at Whispering Pine. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you would like to return any items, please use the following criteria:
- Notify us at customerservice@shopwhisperingwine.com within 10 days with an explanation for your return and then send your package back to us at the address listed below. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the day your order was received.
- You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are nonrefundable. Pack items carefully. Damaged product will not be refundable.
- Once your package is received, allow 10 business days for return processing. You will be notified by email when your return is processed on the same credit card account used for the original transaction. Please allow 10 days from receipt of your return for your account to be credited.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sales Tax Orders within the state of Colorado will be taxed at the tax rate where our store is located in Grand Lake, Colorado. Orders shipped outside the state of Colorado require no sales tax.
